Growing up I was always thrust into leadership positions, either on the basketball team or with every job I set out to do. I have always been someone who seeks to empower people to do their very best with the skills and abilities they have.
I started my career in corporate America over 25 years ago and I realize all people needed is an environment of leadership to excel. Thus, I decided to take all the principles and skills that has made me successful and create Golden Roses Consulting LLC, a company that focus on providing leadership to individuals, families, organizations, and companies.
